1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • have all original tags and packaging

  • not be from the clearance or final sale category (these items are non-returnable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

 

 

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for us to process your return, and

  • additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

 

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning your item first and placing a new order for the item you want.
This helps ensure the new item does not sell out before your exchange is processed.

 

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will replace the item or offer a refund at no extra cost.

 

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate wear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

 

 

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
